Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only once within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Once the exchange has been processed, returns will no longer be possible.
Exchanged and replaced products will be delivered within 7 days after the pickup of the article is completed.

3. Return Process
Contact us at care@sorao.in with your order details.
In case of an exchange, shipping charges will be borne by us. For returns on orders below ₹1000, the return shipping will need to be initiated by the customer.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
COD charges will not be refunded.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with images, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
